Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maidstone

I placed an order online for collection at 6pm . I recieved a call at 3:30pm saying my order was ready to collect. This was not what I had completed on the website. The colleague then argued with me that I couldn't have possibly placed the order for later as nothing had come through their end with that request.

I then explained that I had placed it for later as the only way to request to collect at a later time means a drop down time list appears on the website. Which I selected the collection time from. This doesn't appear if you request to collect asap. I was then told again that I must have been wrong.

I was told that my order was on hold until my original requested time of 6pm.

My husband collected the pizzas at 6pm. Once we got them home and looked at the items, we quickly realised that they had been sat for hours and reheated.

My husband called the branch and explained our disatisfaction. We were then challenged again and told we were wrong again with our order time. I then spoke to Jes who also told me I hadnt placed the order for collection later.

I explained that the pizzas were inedible, dry and disgusting. I was dissatisfied that I had basically been called a liar on more than on occasion and was pretty disgusted that even though all I was asking was for a fresh pizza I...

We just had our food delivered and omg! The large seems to be 13" and although it was fairly tasty it was really rather dry and the stuffed crust was barely detectable.

As sides we ordered the Verde salsa wings and cheesy jalapeno bites (£6). The wings hobestly seemed like quail's wing's (about 2.5" long) and the (2") jalapeno bites were some breaded cream cheese with a slice of jalapeno from a jar in the middle, then presumably run over by the driver and left outside for a while as they were stone cold.

We also ordered dips, one came free with the sides combo and we paid for an extra one, but I assume they are still wherever they left their last shreds of integrity.

I have eaten from Papa John's many times I other places and the food and service has been brilliant but I can honestly say that this is the worst pizza place in Maidstone. I'm annoyed that I can't give...

I have recently had the pleasure of trying papa johns pizza and it was a delightful experience. The quality and taste of the pizza were top-notch, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly balanced sauce.
