If I could put 0 starts for all I would. Food was absolutely disgusting we only tried a bite of everything and it tastes stale and gone off. Onion rings were soggy and looked like they’d been chucked in an air fryer for a couple minutes, mosseralla sticks were green and cold. Both pizzas tasted like they had dish soap on them and the dough was dreadful. Honestly I’m not one to complain but this was not even edible it was absolutely vile and we spent £40 on this !!! This is a lot of money now a days and I am disgusted. I am even more disgusted with the customer service , I politely asked for a refund and to please take this ‘food’ back and they tell me ‘not our problem sometime food soggy’ and laughing at me when I’m expressing my frustration at the fact I just spent my wages on something that I can’t even smell without feeling sick, let alone eat it! I just made friends with a lad who use to work here, in his late teens. He needed a job and started working for Pimmyz. He got paid £7 an hour, cash in hand. No tax, no national insurance, no holiday pay, no contract, no sick pay, no laws followed...just £7 an hour. I can't even begin to imagine what goes on in the finances in the business but it isn't something to discuss in a review but I'll allow you to make an informed decision when ordering from here. I don’t usually leave reviews unless they are positive but I’m going to make an exception on this one Website is easy to use and delivered on time Unfortunately our order was incomplete. I was assured that they would bring the rest straight away ( we live just a few minutes away) when opening the food we did get , My pizza was over done and I didn’t have the quantity of chicken wings stated on the website (8 , I got 6 ) an hour and half later the rest of my order still hadn’t arrived so I rang the company to speak a very impolite man on the other end…. !!
