ABSOLUTLEY APPAULING! Words count not describe how cross my husband and I are with Vinters Park. After a very long week we both thought a nice takeaway would be warmly received. oh no! After ordering at 6:20pm we were told that the wait for delivery was around 45 minutes, ok no problem. After an hour we called to check our order, after being left on hold for 2-3 minutes we were asked how we had ordered and then told to expect our food in the next 5-10 minutes. A further 30 minutes passed so we called to complain, no word of a lie it took 16 minutes to get through to them, by which point we were both livid and cancelled our order. There was no effort at all to keep our business or apologies for the fact we had ordered takeaway 2 hours ago and not received it... I would love to tell you all how the food was but it never came.. We then called Sopna Tandoori Maidstone who delivered within 20 minutes and great food. Call...

Made an order yesterday and had ordered lamb biryani, first thing is 1st I didn't get the correct order instead I got tandoori chicken masala which cost way less than what I had paid for, I then went on to call them to try and rectify the problem and was rudely told that I did not understand what I had ordered when I had clearly ordered lamb and was also rudely told that I shouldn't eat the food which I had waited 45 mins for. I was starving giving the fact that I'm heavily pregnant, the gentleman simply told me that if I eat the meal then he's not sending out the rectified order. In short he hung up on me with his last words being that it's not their fault and is not going to send anything and that he didn't care what i had paid I'm still not going to receive my order. Firstly, I’ve been ordering from this curry house since before lockdown and have tried most of the dishes. My favourite is the chicken bourji and lamb chettinad. My boyfriend has the murgh masala which he said is one of the best ones he’s had. Everything is cooked authentically, it’s proper curry.

I would highly recommend ordering over the phone for collection as delivery can take a long time, but the food is always ready within twenty minutes if you collect yourself. They offer a great loyalty programme too.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I think it’s so easy for someone to give a company a bad review because the food took an hour to come etc and this can ruin small business.
