The Victoria Inn — Restaurant in Maldon

Went here for a Sunday roast whilst on holiday at a local CL site. We were advised to arrive at noon as you are not allowed to book and we were a party of 9. There was a choice of 3 real ales and a good selection of draught lagers and ciders. The pub was very clean, with each table having a hand sanitiser. We were given a warm welcome on arrival. What a gem of a place, the new owners have taken such pride in their new venture, the Sunday lunches are amazing, with all trimmings. I’d highly recommend this traditional pub, it’s got great ambiance, Lorna and Ray go out of their way to make sure you have a lovely time, nothing is too much trouble for them. A pub we have been to before but before the new landlady Toni took over, she has turned a good pub into an even better one. we were there on a charity do ( she very kindly donated ) wonderfull food, beautifully presented, realy great service and the plus of lovely free bar snacks.
