Gorgeous small cafe. Super friendly staff, nice choice of light bites and superb home made cakes, oat cakes and flapjacks too. The home made pasties are delicious. Chunky meat, not wet mince; nice! Coffee uses quality beans with a nice blend of moderate strength for taste but smooth enough for those who prefer it less strong too. Ideal for this quaint, relaxing bookshop setting. I heartily recommend a visit when in Upton upon Severn.

Dropped in for a random lunch as the pubs were full for the rugby . Nice toasted sandwich , ham and cheese but I suspect it was mozzarella in the sandwich as it tasted of very little . Shame . Good service , the young lads service did a good job . Italian influences , music , and ingredients to the menu
Don’t be out off by 4 stars as for me , 5 stars means amazing , and I wasn’t amazed , but good enough for what it was .

Gem of a cafe, where the food matches the appearance. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the Henry's breakfast was superb in every way. Fresh, home cooked food delivered with a smile. Lovely warm atmosphere. You can't help but relax here.

We visited this lovely little cafe on a wet Saturday afternoon. I was on the quest for a coffee and cake and wasn't disappointed.

First off, service was amazing - from the friendly greeting, to the table service it was amazing.

I came in for cake - ended up ordering from the menu for a light lunch. I went for the meat lasagne and my partner the carrot and courgette soup. Perfectly honest, we did not really expect what we got!

The soup arrived in a good sized bowl, steaming hot with obviously freshly made bread with real butter. My lasagne quickly followed with an equally impressive portion being served - with a nice side salad and more of the bread and butter.

I am often disappointed with lasagne, but not this time. Freshly made, lovely crisp cheese topping, good meaty sauce and lovely creaminess with the pasta. My feeble words do not do it any credit. My partner thoroughly enjoyed her soup - she described it as the lunch she didn't know she wanted until she had it.

Now the cake.... I went for the fruit cake and what a beautiful slab of it I got! Moist, fruity and fresh. Took me back to being a kid an my gran making Dundee cake for new year

My Americano coffees were equally good and the lady grey tea well received.

Thank you for such a lovely welcome and amazing...

Rude staff! Despite advertising books and antiques outside, they clearly don't want you to actually buy anything. This is partly because of the bad layout with all the books behind the coffee tables but mainly because of the incredibly rude elderly female member of staff who seems to think that browsing the books and antiques for 15 minutes does not make you a customer. This staff member was insulting and caused embarrassment towards myself and my partner. We were thinking of stayingfor lunch and coffee but decided to take our business elsewhere. I will never give a penny to this business if it continues to employ...

When entering the cafe we were greeted by a friendly lady that told us that all their stuff was hand made and that the produce was local. Sounds good, so we ordered the (recommended by the owner) sausage bap. That’s when it got bad. The sausages had clearly been pre cooked and then warmed up to order. They were cold ( tasted like they had been boiled) and the bread was stale, and at £4.50 each I would have expected a freshly cooked sandwich. We won’t be eating here again. It is a shame because it looked like a nice family run place when we...
