Disappointing Experience.

I recently visited Bunzilla due to increased hype on Instagram, unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered two massive munch boxes. While the taste was decent, I was disappointed to discover that the chips included were familiar McCain Oven Curly and Crinkle fries, clearly frozen and not freshly made.

Additionally, I ordered an extra burger meal. I came all the way from Cheshire, hoping for a hassle-free pickup experience after ordering over the phone. Upon arrival, the food was ready, and I trusted that my entire order was correct. However, when I got home, I found they had neglected to include the fries for the extra burger meal, despite charging me for them. This oversight was particularly frustrating as I had guests over, and one person ended up without fries. Ensure you check your bags before leaving the premises.

While the burgers and chicken were nice, the sheer inconvenience and the fact that they charged for an item they didn't provide were unacceptable. Given the cost and the inconvenience, I expected far better service. I cannot recommend Bunzilla and am compelled to...

Smash burger 7/10 Not bad in flavour however tiny

Tender strips 1 bbq 1 lemon herb 7/10 Really like the flavour of both of these however they were thin and hard

Loaded beef crinkle fries 5/10 Very hard crinkle fries with tiny bit of beef on top and light drizzle of cheese ,my jaw started to hurt trying to eat these and I was eating this within 2 mins of them making it. I blame the type of oil or temperature used to fry these which made them hard

Drink and dip 10/10 Really love the bunzilla sauce and nice cold drink

Overall very expensive munch box that doesn't match quality. This should NOT be more anymore than £10

I would recommend they use thicker crinkle fries or fry them so there soft and not hard and crunchy.

Also they should give half the portion of the fries with more loaded topping and the otger 1/4 ofbtge munch box add wings so 1x burger 2x tender 1x loaded fries 2x wings 1xdip and drink now that would be more of attractive box...

Delicious food for a great price! We tried the Munch box in order to try several things on their menu and it was definitely worth it. Their smash burgers and chicken fillet burgers are some of the best we have had. The toppings were fresh and went well with the rest of the burgers. Their chicken wings and tenders were also really nice, you can get 3 different flavours for each of these. The hot cheese fries and curly fries were served hot and were delicious. They have a few different dips to choose from along with ketchup and mayo, including their own signature sauce and Bunzilla sauce. Their mac and cheese goes well with their curly fries and is topped with fried onions.

Can't beat the price of the Munch Box and the prices of everything else are standard for Manchester. Considering how good the food was, I would say it is worth it.

It is a small restaurant that just opened so seating is limited for eating in.
