KFC Manchester - Barlow Moor Road — Restaurant in Manchester

The whole incident took place yesterday at around 21:20 Barlowmour Rd KFC. I went to this kfc branck with my family while eating food I went back to the counter to take Mayo sauce Thier was a female customer standing and waiting after ordering food on self paying kiosk was waiting for her food to be cooked. I took sauce and was going back to my table(Where we were eating with my wife and 3 kids She approached me and said "learn manners I am standing before you" I told her eating inside and I can take sauce she was getting more furious, I asked a staff for help to make her understand as she was getting upset, Staff was least interested to answer or getting involve in just telling her that I can come and get ketchup or Mayo where as she was already waiting for her food to cooked and packed. While I was explaining this and staff wasn't interested in any matter she said "No one is interested in hearing you" I replied it's fine no one is interested to hear you too" and went to my table She followed me to my table pointing finger at my face in front of my kids that "you are going to regret you can't talk to me like that" and in front of my kids she said I am going to call my family outside and they will tell you the moment you will go out you are going to regret" My wife and kids were so harassed my wife said Sorry please let us have our dinner while leaving lady shouted "You are a disgrace to your family" and took phone out and started calling someone telling them to come over to KFC to harass us further more and My kids and I was hearing that what she was talking about on her phone and my kids were looking out of the window freighted that she has called someone outside. As we can hear her on Phone she was scaring us the more. She destroyed our weekend and calling me a disgrace in front of my family and in front of my kids and harassed my kids, She stood at the door of KFC for a while looking at me in so much anger in her eyes the moment she left we went outside leaving our food and rushing out of the place. I have informed the Police please my request to this KFC is please provide them with the Cctv so they may trace her. The I have mentioned the time please provide outside cctv footage so they may trace her from her car plate. Please tell the staff to help customers in...

Hi so first of all we took an order and we were at the first point where we were giving the order and we’ve specifically said can we have 60 popcorn chicken with two supercharger sauce and the person who is taking our order ibrar MGR? He started talking about chips and drink to add so he ignored us and when we got the food we checked and we got the food the woman who gave me the food was very rude to me and the person I was with and she started to argue and this is constant with this person Everytime we go she’s rude and in a mood that’s not our fault is it. we are willing to pay but the rudeness and aggressiveness she gave to us wasn’t right and calling us a liar just like the other man but you can’t get the order wrong and just be rude about it we are regular customers and today they were very rude the lady is always rude to us and so is the ibrar guy included who was calling us stuff like liar when we said it so it’s very rude of him to accuse us just like that while calling us a liar money isn’t an issue when we are local it’s not professional while we waited for so long just for it to be wrong it’s not our fault he should have double checked and next time if we come and they are being very rude we will complain until they are gone because there’s a limit of rudeness that people can handle if it is consistent then these complains from us will be as well this is a local kfc coming for many years and these new staff are very rude so please make sure you handle them. We don’t know the rude womans name but she’s Pakistani we think) this happened around 18:25 on Saturday if you want to see who was on work at that time and talk to them to sort there behaviour with their fellow customers because its always the customers who are right as the saying goes in uk. Just don't go here. I don't know where to start. The service is slow, very slow, inside the restaurant (if you want to call it that) and the drive through. Tables aren't cleaned regularly, the bin is always overflowing to the extent you have to hand your tray to the staff because it won't even go on top of the bin because that's full of rubbish too- even then you get a dirty look from them. There never seems to be a manager present at all. Half the time there is something wrong with my order. I ordered a boneless feast once and the worker put the cup with ice INSIDE the box with the chicken pieces in. Today I ordered two meals today and asked for one to be large, I only noticed when they handed me the drinks, I asked if both were large and the worker said 'yeah he's done them both for you' I said I didn't want 2 large, he didn't say anything, I then asked if I was charged for 2 and he nodded his head and just closed the window and walked off. The large chips that xome with the large meal was half full aswwll. Also, while I was waiting for food today, a worker was 'cleaning' trays on top of the bin behind the counter.
