CABRAL’S — Restaurant in Manchester

Very cosy place to eat the owners were very nice and friendly. The food was okish. We order X-Tudo burger and a mixed grill main plates, and a coxinha and a pastel with cheese and ham as starters. Starting by the starters, coxinha was slightly undercooked cause the filling inside was cold and the pastery was a bit raw seems like it might have been cause of the oil beeing to hot and almost burn the outside and inside was cold. The cheese and ham pastel was very greasy and lacked a bit of more cheese and ham inside. The main plates, the mixed grill was a big let down, the picanha was very overcooked very chew and unpleasant guess it stayed in the grill for to long, chicken and sausage was ok along with the rice chips and beans, the x-tudo burger with bacon was very nice and tasty to bad the picanha was also chew and unpleasent to eat. Overall it was an ok experience but dont think i will go there again...

Not a good experience at all. Although the food really tastes Brazilian, it is useless when the service is so bad. It was my first time there and it took almost 1 minute for the receptionist actually notice me and greet (they were distracted with something in the computer).

And we couldn't understand why it took 1 hour and 30 min to serve us with 4 simple fried pastries, meanwhile the other table (about 10 people) was being served with all sort of meals, and they sat on the table 20 minutes after us.

Also, the place is too small and tight. It's hard to get comfortable there and stay for a long time.

I was really disappointed with the service, especially for being a first time customer. First and last...

Definitely not what I was expecting, food wise. Id purchased a groupon, initially had trouble booking but that was resolved. What id purchased was definitely not what we got. There was no option we were just given our food. I also made additional food purchases, the ‘beef’ burger leaves a lot to be desired definitely wouldn’t recommend that unless you like them frozen fast food type burgers. The place was actually quite cold there were 3 tables including ours, only i took my coat off it was that cold. All that aside, the service was fantastic, our waiter was pleasant polite and friendly.
