Subway — Restaurant in Manchester

When there today in the morning time as I entered they were 2 customers being served by the Indian worker so I waited for my turn patiently as he was finished serving the customers he didn’t even ask me nd went on his phone and when I asked him if he could take my order as I have to go he spoke so rudely and goes he won’t serve me the other customers who were sat there they were looking too and one of them also told him not to b rude but he just ignored nd went at the back awful...

I've only been in once, very recently, mid-morning on a week day. The place had only two customers, seated and already served. I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes whilst the man behind it chatted on his mobile. He didn't even acknowledge my presence, although he had looked up when I entered the premises, so he was aware I was waiting. In the face of such bad manners, I left, and have refused to go back again on principle....

I had an amazing experience at Subway! The staff were friendly, patient, and really took the time to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Everything was fresh — from the crisp vegetables to the perfectly baked bread — and you could tell they take pride in quality.
