Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Manchester

Dropped in for a hot chocolate with my granddaughter late afternoon. The service was appalling. It was 5pm and they were already moving chairs about, making alot of noise, not the the most relaxing visit. I wasn't offered a receipt. I was using a crutch following a knee operation. After standing for quite a while, I said I need to sit down. 5 minutes later the server shouted. Order ready. I personally would have taken it to the customer since it was obvious I struggled to carry a tray of drinks and walk with a crutch. But hey ho, I managed. There was a young family having drinks and the boys got a bit noisy and and one of the staff shouted to them to keep the volume down. Rude! Not the best experience. Went here everyday of my short trip. Delicious coffee. Didn't need much cream and sugar to enjoy. The staff are very friendly. Price is steep but worth it, in my opinion. Better than Starbucks. I had the gingerbread latte and the cinnamon latte, Americano coffee, mango passion fruit cooler and chocolate fudge brownie frappe. All very nice. THEY CANNOT MAKE STUFF WELL. There drinks taste like someone throwed up on them. Especialky their disgusting cream. Im warning you do not BUY any hot chocolate or any coffee from them.
