KFC Wythenshawe - Rowlands Way — Restaurant in Manchester

The food they ACTUALLY give you is great! It’s just the matter of fact if they acctually give it you. Whenever I go through drive throu with KFC I always have to have that awkward conversation like “hey you forget my hot wings! Hey you forgot my gravy! Hey you forgot my burger!” It takes away the joy of the FAST and EASY food. Because to be honest I just want to drive off and go munch on my chicken , but I have to spend time going through my bag , and checking everything then having a conversation to the tired workers. (Ps. A conversation neither of us want to have ) . ALSO ! Don’t let me forget how much money I’ve probably spent on nothing! SINCE IT HASNT GOT TO ME! I get that it’s only £5. But it adds up and I get hungrier. Restaurants are a act of trade: I pay you , you give me food then we go our separate ways, both benefiting (your more rich, and I’m less hungry) . So please. Arrived at the Kfc in wythenshawe on 27/12 @ approximately 17.20. Went straight to the counter as no one was waiting, Chris approached the counter who i found out later was poorly manging the ubereat orders, i asked if i could be served he said give me a minute cant you see i,m busy... How can you say that to a customer. Then he was like whats with the attitude. How does he think it ok to speak to a customer like that, Gabrielle was meant to be on the till did not even acknowledge i was waiting. Chris did not even let her know i was waiting ,happy for me to stand there waiting like he was doing me a favour. It is quite clear that the staff feel no repercussion for their actions Asked to speak to manager auete who was also busy apologised and said he is doing the uber order. Do not come here. Two visits in a row and honestly I’ve never experienced such bad service. Would not recommend going here at all.

1st visit: Ricebox + Gravy meal... no rice. Asked for a salad box instead which they didn’t have a clue how to do and absolutely slapped it together. Didn’t seal the gravy on the lid and just made the bag a saggy mess.

2nd visit: Ordered 6 Hot wings + Zinger Burger + 4 boneless pieces. Drive thru. Got halfway home and had to spit out the chicken. Mate threw up in his mouth as just tasted like burnt cooking oil so they’ve obviously re-fried cold chicken given it’s after 10pm. Didn’t even wanna find out about the 4 pieces. Went back to drive thru window for a refund and they’ve literally just thrown chicken all over the floor. Didn’t get a picture but hygiene standards are scary there and I do not feel comfortable...
