Ordered food today and waited two hours but got no response regarding our order. Called them back only for them to say the rider kept calling but no one picked up which was a clear lie because I was on my phone the entire time and there were no voice mails left either as the man claimed. I said they could have sent me an email since I was registered with them but they claimed they couldnāt because they were busy. Called them and asked if he could redeliver. The man said the rider has already gone on to make other deliveries so itās not possible. We then said weād come and pick the food up but he then changed his story and said the food is in the bin.
