The Northern Den — Restaurant in Manchester

Baaaaad cafe' ordered full english and asked could my food be piping hot 🔥 food served on big thick cold plate, if plates not warm bad start, cold eggs, lukewarm beans in cold ramiken, sent it back, 2 mins and they brought me back the same breakfast. I said I asked for piping hot, these eggs are cold you should heat the plates, he said we can't carry that through. I said use a tea towel my foods cold. Got our coffees wrong too, 2 coffees with milk, we got lattes. Kinda felt sorry for them but I can't eat cold food when I request it piping hot. Refund and left hungry. Not happy :( 👎 (See response for customer service, no apology, pure attitude. I only wanted hot food I had asked for on ordering NOT bad attitude and bad service!! BTW 2 coffees with milk is not 2 lattes, totally...

Update: Location seems to have changed hands, and many old menu items are missing from the menu such as burgers and sandwiches. Replaced by hot dogs which were not available when visiting. Food was not piping hot when served and barely any cheese on the cheesy chips which were not made fresh like before. I don't personally see what was wrong with the old menu, but hey, we have dumplings now for some reason???

I really enjoy the food here. Northenden was lacking a cafe that did a good Full English breakfast. This place is really good. They do nicely herbed and garlicked fried mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in a dressing that are nicely done.
