I love KFC, KFC has been one of my most favorite brand eversince i was a kid, but the experience i had today at this store has disappointed me so much. Around 12 oclock this morning i came to the store to make an order for the family feast meal that KFC is currently promote. I tried to order on the phone but the app was not working so i had to go to the shop and order it myself. When i arrived at this KFC branch, there was 4 people working and I was the only customer at the queue waiting. The front of house name Adam completely ignored me for about 4 minutes, i know they are getting ready for the day but this adam guy could not even open his mouth to say to me that he is busy and ask me if i could wait.
So then i said hello to him to ask him if i could make an order and he gave me a grumpy attitude as if i disturb him and made him annoyed. Then he ready to take my order and ordered the 6.99 - 6 pieces family feast because of the promotion. Adam told me he has to take my QR code from the app, although i am a returning customer but this is my first time using the app so i don't know where can i open the QR code so i kindly asked Adam if he could show me. He responded to me very rudely and i quote "DON'T KNOW", i asked him kindly again "could you please help me find it" and once again he answered rudely and i quote "DON'T KNOW".
Luckily at the end i found the QR code and i showed it to him so he could make my order, he asked me to pay he set up the payment. Then i tapped my bank card and Adam immediately walked away from me without giving me my receipt which has the order number on it so i could collect the order. Fortunately, the other colleague came and she gave me my receipt. After that Adam then gave me my order and i walked out of the store, and i found out that my drink is missing, i had to walked back to the store and tell this Adam guy that he has forgot my drinks. He told me he sorry because it was busy, i gave him a head shake to disagree with him as he has made 4 mistakes consecutively and he had his chance to redeem himself before treating me worse. the first mistake is that he completely ignored me, the second is the way he speak to me was very rude, third is did not give me my order number from my receipt and walked away from me and the last is he forgot my drinks right and i had to walk back to get it.
He said he sorry because he is busy, but i was the only customer that was waiting in the queue and there were 3 other colleagues that could take over his post so that he could serve me. I don't find that this is a good enough excuse to cover the fact that you don't treat your customer well. If this is the customer service that reflect the core value of KFC and its team member then I am very...

I ordered a meal and asked for the salad to be removed - no big deal.
The whole point of me asking was because I think Iâve developed an allergic reaction to something in the salad as last time I had the same meal, it caused slight swelling/itching around my face.
On this occasion I specifically asked to remove the salad so I could rule the allergy out. The cashier was helpful and went to ask the manager.
The manager was clearly having a bad day and sent the cashier back to tell me they couldnât alter the meal as thatâs how it comes.
Iâve had it altered in other stores with no issues so it mustâve been that this manager that had an issue. She must have decided to make a rule just to stop herself from making a meal without the salad as it must be really hard to do.
I took the meal and binned the main as I didnât want to risk the reaction again and enjoyed a side and drink for ÂŁ5.
I donât know if my reaction to the salad was a one off incident or not but if you have ANY ALLERGIES please make sure youâre careful...

About five orders after mine they ran out of a lot of food. Sadly at 10:30 on a Friday night it was full of drunk and high people. They dealt brilliantly with the pressure and you could tell they were trying their best. A lot of people were causing unnecessary trouble even before they ran out of specific stock and even more after that. However, they continued to provide excellent customer service and tried beyond what's expected of them to please customers. So thank you Joe, Dale and the female manager I didn't catch the name of. Even when customers were trying to provoke others in the line to cause a scene you held out well and I wanted you to know. It's not your fault that you've ran out of stock or that it's busy just before closing and some people need to realise that the employees are not to blame. I've worked in customer service and know it's a thankless job but you are...
