KFC — Restaurant in Manchester

Went in on Sunday around 8:40pm. Was unable to get the zinger 2 burger deal on the in store self service machine. Stood at the counter behind the till- to ask for help and all staff purposely ignored me standing there. I asked if one of them can please take my order and they refused and said I had to use the self service machine. There were two of them just standing there not doing anything. One of them being the supervisor. I then said I can't get the deal on the machine. The supervisor response was that they can't do it because they don't have hot wings, I said I'm happy to not get the wings and still pay the full amount. Which they said no- as it's apart of the deal. I then asked again and said I'm honestly not bothered about the wings and would just like to get the 2 burger deal and she still said no. I just assumed they couldn't be bothered to serve me as that meant they actually had to work. I asked another girl if it's possible and her response was "what did the other girl say" and I said that she had said no and then she said "well no then" and my boyfriend could see the supervisor shaking her head and rolling her eyes- that I had asked the other girl. I just found the whole experience really rude and hostile. I understand that it was late in the evening and staff may be tired but that's no excuse to treat customers like they are an inconvenience. Food was nice, tho only warm not hot, but the whole process of getting it was the problem. One member of staff with purple hair was shockingly unprofessional! Was busy with rest of staff working hard and she stood wiping trays, when got asked to help she weren’t impressed, continued to tell the other worker how she had been there since 12pm (it was now only 4pm) and she couldn’t be bothered and didn’t want to be there. He asked her to complete a order and pointed to it (my sisters) said she didn’t want to as it meant shouting over for it... she continued to stand and do nothing for a further minute until eventually shouting order thru. Food came down and was sat there as she still stood doing nothing until eventually she trayed it all up. Continued to moan and argue abit with other male worker again how she didn’t want to be there and weren’t in the mood. Was overheard by another worker who then put her on drinks, after just getting 2 she wondered away from that too.In the meantime food behind counter got dropped and she stood and laughed and just stepped over it. After seeing my order just sat there it was eventually trayed up my male member of staff who asked her to pass it to customer (me) before he went and started something else and she just walked off, another member from back kitchen came out and I had to ask him to pass me my order, literally ordered mini filets burgers and snack boxes so not a complicated...

Appalling service...came in on Sunday 28th of October....the place was quiet with just a few people ahead of me. The place itself was recently renovated and was kept generally clean. Came to the desk and proceeded with my order. Firstly I ordered a zinger tower burger and a boneless banquet meal. To say the service was slow is an understatement. Whilst waiting the initial 10 minutes I noticed that they processed a normal zinger burger and not the tower. I informed the cashier and saw them put a reheated hash brown onto the same burger. The chicken wings I was given seem to be hard and re-fried as they were darker than normal. The chips were cold as soon as I got to the car and wasn't the normal chips I expect from KFC. I asked for BBQ sauce and was met with a blank stare 'we don't have any'. Considering this was place was practically empty, I waited over 15 minutes for my food. Just not acceptable and not too the standards. No apology. Place is ran by kids who don't give a care in be world....won't be...
