I am very disappointment with the service I received recently. I had been looking forward to trying your Nigerian cuisine for the first time and decided to place an order for delivery. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Despite calling multiple times, I was repeatedly told that someone would ask the driver and get back to me. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call or text message. This lack of communication and service is highly disappointing.

I was eager to experience your food, but this situation has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your customer service to prevent such issues...
