Little Dessert Shop Cheetham Hill — Restaurant in Manchester

AVOID AVOID AVOID, absolutely shocking service, we ordered a platter £30 the platter only came with one sauce as apposed to the three sauces u could get last time we ordered, and could buy extra sauce as u can't. So we asked could the send us a couple of extra sauce which they didn't, they didn't send my milkshake and when contacted the server was absolutely unprofessional and rude we then had to pay and extra £7.90 for two sauces because apparently it comes out of the servers wages (absolutely laughable) as a waitress I know this to be untrue and felt they should have been thrown in as a good will gesture as they forgot my milkshake. Then the driver arrived and he was given 20 for the sauce he then said he only had 2 pound change so my partner took the 20 back and he's said what can he do again laughable he then looked and had a tenner what a total idiot. The platter wasn't remotely nice worst iv ever had most definitely would be ordering from...

Cannot be more than 1 star! It really makes feel like eat a bunch of mosquitoes. Firstly learn to be a human before running a business ok?

I chose a brownie and they gave me a piece of white cake inside a black box, when I walked out and started chatting and tasting, I concentrated on my topic and didn’t notice its colour. It was my husband who found out this was not a brownie. He went to next door to buy a jar of Iranian carrot jam and I went back for replacement. And they agreed. BUT I heard they whispering about “STUPID ASIAN“ in the back kitchen of the shop.

I prefer not to walk in this shop, the brownie they replace for me tastes like RACIAL DISCRIMINATION.

What do they mean by “STUPID ASIAN”? Yes I did eat 1 little bite of the cake before asking for replacement, but it wasn’t my fault to get myself a wrong...

I am a very big fan of your desserts. But I would like to mention that I placed an order through just eat for pick up in May which was unknowingly placed for a pick up. I couldn't come and collect that day due to heavy rain. I phoned the shop to check if I can somehow get it delivered and if I can pay for delivery aswel and the person answered saying it's not possible as there is no delivery possible. He assured me that I can come and get the dessert anytime. I was not in town for a couple of months and now today when I came back and visited the shop they refused to give me my order as they said it's not possible now. I am extremely disappointed by the management as they shouldn't have taken responsibility for it at first place. I still have got the receipts and order number and they are just not...
