From the moment I stepped into the hall, I was honestly taken aback by how beautiful and serene the entire place felt. There’s a real sense of warmth and tranquillity that fills the atmosphere it’s not just another venue, it feels like a place that was designed with care, love, and respect for every guest who enters.
The décor is elegant yet tasteful, the lighting soft and inviting, creating the perfect ambience for any special occasion. Every detail seems to have been thought through from the layout of the seating to the subtle touches that make the whole experience feel welcoming and uplifting. It’s clear that the people behind this venue take great pride in what they’ve created.
What stood out the most for me was the prayer room. It’s not only spacious and beautifully maintained, but it carries a sense of peace that immediately calms the heart. The ablution area is immaculate, honestly better than some Masaajid I’ve visited and it’s so refreshing to see a venue that places such importance on spiritual comfort alongside physical beauty.
I left feeling genuinely impressed and grateful. It’s rare to find a place that combines practicality, elegance, and spirituality in such a balanced way. Whether for a wedding, family gathering, or community event, this hall truly elevates the experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue that not only looks stunning but also leaves you with a lasting sense of...
Read moreSome of the food was cold. There was no cucumber, bubblegum icecream.
The selection of fizzy drinks was limited to lemonade, irn bru, and pepsi, no mirinda or fanta or anything else.
The staff were extremely slow at serving desserts.
There was no signs or headers to say what food is what. If it chicken, fish, lamb or anything so you don’t really know what you are picking till you eat it unless its obvious.
The staff were quite slow at restocking the food supplies when they run low.
The manager hung around like a spare part rather than either welcome people or stay at the reception/bar/till. Was quite univiting felt like he was trying to listen to everything wasnt really comfortable.
Won’t be going again as it has gone down hill since my last experience about a year ago. The standards have really dropped.
The toilet were really disgusting and messy and need repainting. As well as trying to deal with their broken toilet seats is not nice.
The staffs customer service skills and attention really needs upgrading.
Just generally not a good experience all round the best part for me was chocolate icecream from a tub which was the only thing i...
Read moreAvoid!!! The male waiters are friendly and helpful. However there was no instruction on what to do, and the food wasn't labelled. You just have to open the lids and guess. It was also really bland, cheaply done. One of the chicken dishes had pink chicken in it. The desserts however are nice. It is cheap £11.20 per head but usual buffets are around £15 and you have more variety and it's cooked properly. While paying we were almost charged for an extra meal :/ women wasn't even sorry she did it. We tried speaking to a manager, however the female staff made it clear she wanted to deal with the complaint. She took us outside, my friend explained the issue and she basically just said 'ahh really we have had chefs since 10 and it's been chock a block and everything's been made fresh' just shocking service. On a positive note, it's quiet, the male waiters...
