Came here with my family as a fun experience, and this is how it turned out. By the way, this is a whole life story, just to warn you; For the 2 star reviews, I have to say I was being generous. The only good quality of this place is the food. They taste rather nice, but everything else is rubbish. So let’s start at 5 stars. Then take away one for cleanliness. The place is dirty and very ugly, it looks like it hasn’t been refurbished in atleast 10 years. There are technical issues also, some lights aren’t working and everything is rusty and crusty. Now, I’ll take one star away for service. The workers aren’t so friendly, they didn’t do their orders correctly, and after taking money for 3 burgers, they only gave us 2. Thankfully they fixed this problem, but there wasn’t a single apology in sight. The last reason as to why I removing the third star is due to decoration. The place looks boring, colourless and way under decorated. The tables are different, the plates are old and scratched, they look unwashed, nothing matches, the chairs are different, and it’s just so ugly all together. I don’t expect to visit again.

Do not be fooled by the looks of this place, I went in there once to use the toilet and thought it would be rude not to order something. That was one of the best kebabs I’ve had in my life. Now every time I’m in the Cheetham Hill area I refuse to go anywhere else. There are many other food places on that street but not tried anything else yet.

Friendly helpful staff, the food was well seasoned. Lamb in the sauce was very tasty but half of it was just a bone. The nan bread was soft and tasty, but it didn't have any crunch but that didn't bother me at all. I can recommend it to anyone who likes Pakistani kitchen.

The first time I came across moghuls taste, it was an experience I will never forget. Once going through the varied and well valued menu, I decided to order a kebab. The quick service was just one of the many delights I had when in moghuls taste. Secondly, the food was amazing. The garlic mayo was spread across the tender kebab as I have never seen before, forming a zig zag pattern across the well cooked, sizzling kebab. Finally, the best experience of them all, the naan bread held together the packed kebab, I took a bite and wowzer my eyes lit up with delight. What a kebab. Costing just £2.50 I received good monetary value and the best customer service I have witnessed in a very long time. Thanks again for having me at moghuls taste, I'm sure you will see my face around again, Kind regards and recommendations...

Moghuls Taste (or Mo Mo's), is one of Manchester's best kept secrets. Because If you like authentic, homemade curries, this is the place to go. Situated in the heart of Manchester's unofficial shopping centre, Moguls Taste is a very basic cafe, catering to shoppers and local traders alike. It opens at lunchtime and it's closed by tea time. Serving a selection of curries that change daily, fresh kebabs and even chips and burgers for those who prefer a more western fayre.

Of course Rice-n-three is available and highly recommended. Specialities include Karella, Mustard leaf and curied cauliflower.

Those who know it, will go out of their way for it, and lunchtimes can be very busy.

Closed during religious...
