Food was alright in taste, bit bland but have had worse elsewhere, service was INCREDIBLY slow, no urgency or enthusiasm from staff present, I ordered at 9.05am got handed my cold food at 9.21am, there was a long line of people ordering before me too,one of which was a lady who only ordered a frappe which she had been waiting for before I'd even ordered and had to go up to the counter to ask about, the staff seemed somewhat polite just looked and acted as if they hadn't a care in the world about being there, just not much involvement or atmosphere from either of the two on and incredibly slow paced at working with no apologies for the wait in time to anyone that id seen, the shop seemed really clean and spacious which was nice to see but yeah due to an unnecessarily long and slow wait and with the food being cold which also didn't have much flavour in there anyway, I don't know if I'd return, I will say the promotional latte I got was surprisingly really nice as I'm not normally a fan of the Tim's coffee as its a darker blend I think than what I'm used to drinking but that drink I would definitely have again if I did find myself because here, im hoping if I returned the team working would put more effort and urgency into the experience, the wait time really was not justified as the shop was not overly busy and their movements themselves was just turtle pace slow 😒

Passing and this place caught my eye as I fancied a hot drink. Thought i'd pop through the drive through. Ended up with a wrap and a medium tea (which was suprisingly quite large). Tea is usually awful from fast food cafes. But, this was a lovely brew and put a smile on my face. Lasted most of the way home as it was so large. Wrap was nice and the service was polite and efficient. My passenger got a vegi wrap and was quite impressed too. Even if i dont eat, I'll still pop through for a drink each time I pass. Much , much better than the Macdonalds just up the road. Been there three times over the last few years and its the worst ive ever tasted. Will try a Tim Hortons burger next. I hope its as good as the wrap. Update... 11pm 18th july Back again on the way home. Please , please ,please cook the paninis! There is no excuse for not doing this properly, just laziness! It could have been so good! STILL the very best take away tea around.

Really, really disappointed!!! Tried Tim Hortons Salford this morning for the first time and was left feeling really gutted it was rubbish. I ordered the Maple & Bacon Pancakes and hot drink Meal Deal & a French Vanilla Latte. When I drove round to the collection window, the woman had no welcome, no manners and just threw the card reader at me at told me the amount to pay. I received the food & drink and before I could ask for 2 sugars with my coffee, the woman had already turned her back on me. I had to turn my engine off to grab her attention. This was all before I actually found out that my food was DISGUSTING! I have pictures to show how bad my "bacon" Pancakes were. The Bacon was discoloured, brown and literally like a string of fatty rubber. It was horrible. The Pancakes themselves were soggy and soaked through in syrup. All in all, a complete waste of my money.

I was looking forward for this place to open but I have been terribly disappointed during my first visit and I will definitely not go near this restaurant again.

I visited this restaurant with my partner for a dessert and we ordered a Tims Shake Chocolate, a doughnut, a Chocolate Hazelnut and Oreo pancake and a caramel latte with added whipped cream.

Unfortunately, we did not get what we were expecting. The milkshake was in fact a frappe and the whipped cream did not taste. The Chocolate Hazelnut Oreo pancake was served with maple and caramel on top. When I went back and explained this was not what I ordered, the lady took the box into the kitchen, removed the cream with her hand, opened the pancake and then brought it back to me stating this was how it supposed to be as the cream was inside. Firstly, I was disgusted I had to eat something she touched with her hand and brought back to me due to food hygiene reasons; secondly, what happened to the Oreo crumble and chocolate topping that supposed to be on the top??? Plus, the pancake did not taste at all and it was like eating a piece of paper.

Finally, the caramel latte for which I paid £0.50 to add whipped cream, was served with no cream at all.

To be honest, I will definitely not go back and I suggest people to avoid this restaurant as it is absolutely shocking.

It’s a shame considering they seem to have some interesting items on their menu but if the food does not taste, it is pointless to eat those. Also, the prices are higher than...

Bit of a double edged sword this review. The donuts and the timbits were obviously top drawer as always, however it all goes rapidly downhill from there. The frozen lemonades might well have been water with ice and yellow food colouring, as to say they were tasteless would be an understatement. The worst experience however was how utterly disgusting the place was. There were uncleaned tables everywhere, food on the floors, bins over flowing, staff (obviously on breaks) who couldn't care less, and worse was when we had to use the toilets. I have seen better makeshift camping toilets that were cleaner than this! Three toilets, one overflowing, no toilet paper in another and urine all over the floors in all three. The disabled/baby change toilet wasn't any better either with no toilet paper and soaked floors again, honestly it was a disgrace. If the environmental health would have been doing spot checks you'd be shut down. I even mentioned the cleanliness to the serving staff to be told that they were very busy and trying to serve. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Tim Hortons, we love you and your coffee and donuts, but honestly this particular branch needs its staff culling! No matter how good the Timbits were, I cannot and will not overlook how poor everything else was. I fully appreciate it's a busy branch but whoever the manager is, they need to take a long hard look at themselves and how their...
