Customer service in this shop is absolutely appauling...... staff will finish off their conversations with each other with bad language included before they even look up to serve you ......they need to understand customers pay their wages and it's not a social event !! ...... I won't be visiting again I do like their baked products, I really can't fault them. Sandwiches are just thrown together without any care. Think you need to do a training session in customer care and even look at your staff for...

Went in for a late breakfast .. charged 7 quid .. for 2 bacon ( like cardboard and burnt ) 1 egg ... over done no yolk at all ... very cheap beans .. greasy mushrooms and a solid black pudding ... I'm quite sure I was served s.... from in the morning ... so ..2 bacon , 1 egg , 2 sausage , a thin slice of black pudding and beans .... 7 quid .... raging isnt the word .. ... if I wasnt poorly I'd have been back in for a refund ... never again ......

Good staff here make you comfortable from the minute you walk through door ....Nice meats ....ordered a bacon, sos,burger,egg and beans and it's banging still eating it now ! Ali is a top guy and has funny bants and two lovely women who do too much for him 😉 only problem I have is .....its a tea cake not a barm !!! .....scon not scone !
