I finally visited this little noodle bar that had been on my list for a while now . Nestled in the bustling streets of the city, this hidden gem proved to be a delightful surprise.
The menu featured a delectable array of Asian delights, and I couldn't resist ordering a trio of dishes that I'd been longing to savor. The first bite of the Nasi Goreng took my taste buds on a whirlwind journey of flavours ! It was a burst of Indonesian authenticity on my palate.
Next up, the Singapore-style vermicelli noodles - and oh, what a treat they were! Delicately stir-fried, they boasted a harmonious blend of sweet and savory flavors, interspersed with succulent shrimp and fresh vegetables. The portion size was generous, ensuring that I savored every bite until the very last noodle.
To complete my feast, I ordered the salt & pepper chicken wings, and they turned out to be a revelation. The wings were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. Each bite offered an addictive blend of saltiness and a hint of spice, making them an absolute must-try for any chicken wing enthusiast.
The service was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the dishes they served, which added an extra layer of authenticity to the experience. One of the staff member suggested we try the Singapore style vermicelli and it was a banger !
In summary, this charming noodle bar exceeded my expectations in every way. It's the perfect spot for those seeking an intimate dining experience and an explosion of Asian flavors. If you're a fan of Nasi Goreng, Singapore-style vermicelli noodles, and salt & pepper chicken wings, you simply can't afford to miss this hidden gem. Read moreI have been dining at fusion noodle bar for years. It’s always been my go to for my favourite dish, guaranteed quality and value for money. Always a first choice to grab a bite to eat and recommend to family and friends. Unfortunately over the last few visits I’ve felt the complete opposite. I took my boys for a mid week bite and left feeling totally disillusioned. The prices now are a bit of a joke to be frank. £8.50 for starters - a few slices of halloumi cheese…halloumi cheese! A coke alone cost £3.50. I understand price rises, but once value for money is gone and replaced by a feeling of being ripped off and disappointed by your favourite place, the fun of showing up and grabbing a bite is lost. Sorry Fusion you have lost my regular and loyal custom, as it’s no longer sustainable to turn up and dine with you! Such a shame that they would do this and lose such custom. I know I won’t be...
Read moreAs a family we have thoroughly enjoyed eating in fuzion for many years. We have always been told that the chicken is halal, which it is and that the chicken is cooked separately to other non halal meats. I have recently been told by two seperate people working there that the chicken is cooked in the same pans as non halal meat. As a Muslim practicing family we have strict dietary guidelines that have not been respected by this restaurant as we have been made to believe what we were eating was cooked separately. As a result of this, we will not be eating from there again, which is a great shame as we loved the food. If anybody from Fuzion reads this. I would say that there is no point cooking halal meat in the same pans as non halal meat for it no longer remains halal. Please do not deceive your further Muslim customers as you have...
