McDonald's — Restaurant in Mansfield

The worst McDonald I ever was. Fries was burnt. They should be gold, not half brown. They don't taste like fries , I feel just oil. I put them to trash. When we asked about oil, they said they checked oil in the morning and was fine. I was at 5 pm, so I don't know how fries tasted at morning but ours was horrible. They were just dry and full of oil taste. Burgers was fine in taste, but there was a lot of oil in them. Crispy sweet chilli wrap was a joke! He was small, so I opened wrap and was 2 tiny pieces of salad. Wrap was almost empty. In others McDonalds always I get wrap full of salad, cucumber, and chicken. I don't know if it is a staff issue or if the owner tried to do McDonald in the cheapest way, but people should ask for better quality of food. I know it is not a restaurant where you buy healthy meals but still they should keep some levels of quality. Lady who work there was nice, and we get a refund for wrap , I don't want to make me a second one. I regret I don't ask for a refund for fries, but I just wanted to leave that place. I hate it when I spend money on food made just for cash without any cares about customers.

Went to this new store on a few occasions, the first few times are all fine. But I then went another time to have the severs go down and unable to order food! I mean OK if the store was like 10 years old but it's a new build!

Went today 5/9/21 arrived at 11am so breakfast had just ended, ordered food a big tasty WITHOUT bacon! Also a mc chicken sandwich, sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before I reached the window for food to be asked to move down the the spare window(as if being stuck in the drive through 20 minutes was not a ps take already) talk about taking the ps for a fast food joint, I nearly said no I'm not moving but I did move down. We left the restaurant and my Mrs opened the big tasty to find it was cold and had bacon!

The store is a joke, I won't be going back even though its close to my house. I will however make a trip into mansfield or over to ollerton if needs be to get my food. (However that is probably not ideal as they most likely own that place aswell)

Avoid it, newest in the area and so fair couldn't organise a p**s up...

Had to wait over 20 minutes for my food because they somehow ran out of the chicken patty. After finally receiving the order, the burger which I had (the Mcpicy) was disgusting. It had oil oozing out which you could taste, not only that, the chicken was rubbery which meant I could not finish my meal. I thought it’d give them another try and ordered myself some dessert- a McFlurry and donut. I had to ask the worker to actually give me the order after 10 minutes of waiting as they were too focused on the drive through orders and deliveries. This McDonald’s needs to be more considerate of their customers service in the physical restaurants. There was others who was also waiting a while for their orders which shows there’s clearly a problem and they’ve done nothing to fix it. At least have some decency and offer a free dessert or ANYTHING for those who have waited for over 20 minutes. It’s called a fast food restaurant for a reason people shouldn’t have to wait long just to receive their food. I would give this McDonald’s a 0...
