Absolutely terrible customer service skills by the blonde host and will NEVER visit this restaurant again. I believe staff, in particular her, need training on how to speak to guests properly and treat them with respect.

I went today, fair enough I was half an hour late, however I tried calling the restaurant 6 times to inform them that I would be late.

When I got to the restaurant I was told by a lady with blonde hair, that they don't answer the phone when they're busy.. very poor excuse as the restaurant wasn't that busy at all. There were plenty of staff behind the bar just cleaning glasses...

She didn't even apologise for not answering the phone, she bluntly and rudely told us she can't help and walked away.

There's a way to speak to people and that's absolutely not on. Never have I been spoken to in this way.

Part of a restaurant experience is the food and the customer service.

Food might have been great but absolutely horrible staff, and will recommend to all my family and friends to stay away, unless they want to be treated...

I am a regular love the bar go every week at least once sometimes twice since opening Always drink Hendricks ..... I am used to the way it is beautifullly presented However tonight what went wrong .... new member of staff not his fault as clearly not trained served Hendricks with cucumber chopped like you would add to a salad.....delivered to table... I commented that this isn't really acceptable for a £9 GT and not normal standards Answer came back "spoken to manager and you need to pay for it" Called manager over and eventually she produced 2 drinks to normal standards On the whole really poor service to legitimate comment Seriously need to train your staff on set standards and how to deal with customers not satisfied Very disappointed with the way a genuine comment or call it a complaint handled Plus so were the rest of the table that we were sharing space with but didn't know...

This has seriously been the worst service I've received in years .i was greeted by a young girl whom hadn't a clue what was going on .she wasnt able to allocate us a seat so we just sat at the nearest table .we ordered a bottle of wine and she promptly took payment .lots of tables with no drinks on .people walking out as waiting too long .4 staff all milling around doing nothing .waited 20 mins for our drinks so decided to go to the bar and ask “.yes they will be with you shortly “ 10 minutes later they arrived so half an hours wait for a bottle of wine .abs ridiculous .there is abs NO customer service .the only quick service was when they took payment!!!! Its being run by collage kids but it needs someone in there to organise the staff .such a shame as the decor is lovely but customer service has to come first .always greet and acknowledge your customers...
