Bake Out — Restaurant in Mid Sussex

I use to go to costa before I found this little gem, never again! In bakeout the food is way fresher the cappuccinos are hotter and creamier and less overloaded with caffeine . I also find the current bake out staff the best ever, the ladies are very professional and really care about there business and customers. I have lived in hassocks for 7 years now and this is my favourite place to grab something fast and easy. I spoke to her manager the other day and I found him exceptionally professional and really impressed with this establishment. I think a lot of other businesses could learn a lot from bakeout as they really are good at what they do.

I don't normally write reviews, but bake out deserves one. I came to that area for other business, thought I would pop in and see what was on offer as we were leaving. Let's just say I wish I had known of them before now. The food is of high quality, fresh, delicious, even my 10 year old beg me to go back there. Which wasn't hard (all the items we brought was excellent) even though we live at least 15 mins away by car. And our second visit lived up to the first. (Only reason for a four star is one item was forgotten which I had to travel back to collect, but they sorted it out and one toasty was not cut into two but the other was) Please keep up the good work to all staff members...

The staff are fab, some even more fab than others, but all fab. Really good coffee, and they'll try to do it to just how you ask if you talk to them really nicely, but it's good as it is. They only drop one star because they never have enough large white farmhouse loaves. And why charge so much for a little one when even Waitrose sell the little one for 80p not £1.20!!
