Nice and mostly clean park and playing fields. Public toilets are okay. I was there for kids football matches and it was a shame that some of the Social clubs and facilities haven't taken the initiative to open up, for food and drinks for the parents. I'm sure these kinds of institutions could do with all the extra cash they can get - missed opportunities there.
Small children's play area is nice and clean, with usual fenced and gated area. There is also some outdoors gym equipment as with most parks these days, plus a reasonable sized skateboard/skate park.
All in a decent park, not massive, but good enough with two open fields joined by a path that runs from the top car park.
Car parking is limited, but it's a small village, so to be expected. Will be busy when football...
