Favorite Chicken Great Linford — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I had a very bad experience with the lady at the counter. She was an asian lady with long black hair tied. I asked her simply to cut my burger in half, unfortunately I forgot to say it to her first when I placed my order so she had already packed it when I asked her. First she said she couldn't do it, I asked her very nicely please if u can cut it in half as its for the kids that'll helpful. She said shes packed it and she cant, so then I explained im taking them out to the park so I will need it cut in half so they can eat whilst there. She then very rudely opened the bag and got my burger out and cut it. I want to show everyone how she cut the burger so they can see for themselves how this lady thought this was acceptable. Was there any need for her to be this difficult when I asked for a simple thing? Very bad customer service skills. I understand working in a busy takeaway can take its toll but it was a Saturday afternoon around 4pm. I was the only customer there at that time. This was my first and last time trying...

Absolutely ridiculous!! We specifically asked for the family BONELESS box that we’ve had time and time again from the shop, the man at the register asked if we wanted an 8 or 12 piece to which we said 12 as it was for a few of us. We got the food and when we started eating, my partner nearly chokes on a BONE in our BONELESS meal. Turns out they now don’t offer the boneless box as a 12 piece (something we found out from the very rude man at the register that had repeated the order as a boneless box) which makes me want to know why they would offer a meal that is not boneless to people who asked for specifically boneless. When we went back they put no effort into customer service nor took responsibility for the fact they didn’t listen, blatantly got our order wrong and nearly made my partner choke. The staff were rude, slow paced and very bad at their jobs. They didn’t even give us a receipt after...

Impressed!

Very well cooked and tasty chicken!

Ordered the Double Ringer meal with gravy and can of Pepsi from a friendly lady at the counter, waited about 8 minutes. This didn’t bother me as know it’s cooked to order.

Chicken burger was fresh, chicken succulent and tasty

Chips hot and crispy

Wings were crispy on the outside and soft inside.

Gravy was good for the dippin’.

Having previously lived in London for many years I like to praise any Chicken shop, be it independent or franchise, to which this is the latter. There unfortunately are many terrible ones around, but this one is a cracker!

This is def a top 10!
