The Woodside Cafe — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I hired Woodside Cafe for a private function to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely brilliant. We had a buffet which looked and tasted amazing, everything was so fresh and delicious. They catered really well for dietary requirements too. I had one guest with a nut allergy and two vegans, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. All the food was nut-free, and they prepared a lovely selection of vegan dishes, which were displayed separately at the end of the table. There was a great variety, and everything was beautifully presented.

From start to finish, organising the event was so easy. The staff at Woodside were extremely helpful and friendly, which made the whole process simple and stress-free. We had exclusive use of the cafe for a couple of hours on a Saturday, and it was perfect. The price was very reasonable, and there was plenty of free parking right outside, making it easy for all our guests to attend.

My partner and I stopped off during the week for a spot of lunch at The Woodside Cafe. We took a seat at the cleanest free table but it was very sticky and it had bits of dried on food, both on the table and chairs (It definitely needed a good wipe over).

We ordered a baguette and a pizza wrap with salad. The ladies serving/in the kitchen were really lovely and when the food came out it looked nicely presented. The food was delicious and the salad was crisp and fresh. The strawberry milkshake would've been tastier if it was a thicker shake, plus if it was made with actual strawberries (so made using ice cream and milk). We'll definitely be visiting the Cafe again but we might get the food to takeaway next time and to try a smoothie instead.

Their cakes and bakes also looked very tasty.

We recently hosted a private event at this lovely local cafe, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, Kelly and her team were helpful, professional, and attentive to every detail. They made planning the event smooth and stress-free, and their warm, welcoming attitude made us feel right at home.

The food made in house by the cafe was absolutely delicious and a huge hit with all our guests. Everyone kept commenting on how fresh and delicious everything was. You could really tell that everything was prepared with care.
