I recently had the pleasure of dining at Golden Curry, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish.
Service: The service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and they took the time to recommend dishes and share insights about the menu. Their knowledge and friendliness made us feel right at home.
Food: Now onto the highlight of the evening – the food! Each dish was not only beautifully presented but also bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the King Prawn Dansak, which was cooked to perfection. The ingredients tasted fresh and thoughtfully sourced. We also indulged in Ferrero and coconut desserts, which was the perfect ending to our meal. The chef clearly has a great passion for creating outstanding dishes.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere of the restaurant was wonderfully inviting. The decor was charming and tastefully done, creating a cozy yet elegant vibe. Dim lighting and soft music set the perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening. It was easy to enjoy our conversation without being disrupted by overwhelming noise.
All in all, my experience at Golden Curry was nothing short of lovely. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, exceptional service, and a delightful atmosphere. I can’t wait to return!

Golden Curry is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient — they make you feel like a valued guest from start to finish.
The menu is a perfect blend of traditional Indian classics and contemporary dishes, each bursting with authentic flavours and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Lamb Rogan Josh — both were rich, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. The naan bread was fresh and fluffy, and the pilau rice complemented the mains wonderfully.
What really sets Golden Curry apart is the consistency in quality and service. Whether you're dining in or ordering takeaway, the food arrives hot, fresh, and full of flavour. It’s clear the chefs take great pride in their craft.

Read moreWe have been coming to the Golden Curry for over 15 years and it has been a consistently lovely dining experience. The staff are the best combination of friendly, polite and very efficient. The service is, frankly, excellent - attentive without being intrusive. The food is flavourful and not at all greasy. Light, crisp poppadoms, and soft, fluffy, perfectly cooked naans. Generous starters and a wide variety of main dishes that are served piping hot every time (some dishes sizzling even) - just an all round 'golden' experience (see what I did there). I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review but now, after another lovely evening, I thought I should write a review to say that if you're in MK or Bletchley (or close by), this local classic eatery is definitely worth checking out. One final thing...it is really hard to find somewhere to eat where the service is great, you are made to feel welcome AND the food is tasty. This little gem is worth a visit every single time. Great work Golden Curry team....
