I highly recommend that you stay away from this location during busy hours. The digital order machines are glitched and/or broken. I ordered from one of the machines and it took my money yet no order ticket was printed. I did remember however that my number was 2066 as it was briefly displayed on the machine before dissappearing. I sat and waited for over half an hour for my order to show up on the collection screen but it did not. I then heard multiple complaints from other annoyed customers in the store of the same issues: Not being issued an order ticket, slow service etc.

Some of the customers were parents with hungry children who had been over an hour! A group of frustrated customers (myself included) went up to the counter to inquire about what was going on. The staff were extremely rude and impolite, ignoring our questions and deflecting blame and lying. The staff at the till even tried gaslighting customers by telling them their numbers had been called out already when they clearly hadn't been. Even if they'd been called out, they should display it on the order collection screen as that is what it is made for. Also, many of the employees shouted out the orders too quietly to hear and many were also non-native English speakers which made their accent hard to understand, for me at least.

Finally, after about 10 minutes of complaining to the rude staff, we got "our" food. Unsurprisingly, the food wasn't even our order but at that point we were so hungry and done with the staff's nonsense that we just put up with it and went home. The only reason i'm not giving this place 1 star is because the food was decent and we got more than we bargained for.

In conclusion, the customer service was a joke, the staff were rude and the wait times were atrocious. I strongly advise customers to stay away from this KFC during busy hours or just order KFC on deliveroo or just eat instead. I also suggest that parents especially should avoid this place if they have a few hungry children with them. Just take your kids to Mcdonalds or even your local Dixy Chicken for some food that is actually fast food. I strongly advise thay KFC train their staff on proper customer service skills if they want to retain their customer base in the coming decades. KFC chicken.... Obviously. There are better KFC resteraunts in MK. If I need to use the drive through, its often so slow I would rather drive a little further and use the one by the Dons stadium in Bletchley..... Updated to 1 star from 3!!! For convenience I used this KFC drive through again. The customer service was appalling. This KFC should have its franchise revoked. I ordered meals / buckets with 600ml Pepsi bottles of drink, then at the window, and after paying, they give me 500ml drinks. When I pointed this out they told me they didn't have any 600ml pepsi bottles but if I wanted I could have a sprite in 600ml. I declined. I asked if they could give me another small bottle of Pepsi to compensate for only having the smaller size They refused, and would not reduce the price of the meal. They genuinely think it's OK to advertise and sell something they have no means or intent of providing. In the Fraud world this is referred to as a bate and switch. However trivial 100ml of drink may have been, the lack of willingness to leave me as the customer happy was astounding. I left feeling robbed. I will Never again use this KFC and I hope it burns to the ground in a grease fire and insurance...

Literally its okay if you want something fast! I usually use the drive-thru, and this joint is full of foreigners and I can only just about understand what they are saying over the speaker. Overall its good its open late, so if you cant be asked to cook its ok.

I would say I am a seldom buyer, but when I do buy from them, I usually get the bargain bucket, but I find it usually has far too much chips and by the time I finish one portion the rest are cold and they taste rank, I dunno what it is, but its not good.

They don't really like to distribute the chicken legs so you get an even amount of everything, I find they proportion it so you get about 3 legs, the rest is wings or breast, which can taste really dry. They only really do 3 items for sides, corn, beans or coleslaw...

I do not think they have Coke in bottles, but they have Pepsi. This to me is a big deal because I like places to have what I ask for, not what they think is...
