Came in to get a sub for my lunch. I was asking the lady (Kaitlyn) to change her gloves due to an allergy and I was super impressed that I didn’t even need to finish my sentence before she was changing her gloves 👏👏. That unfortunately is where the great service finished. After my sub was toasted it was just put on the side next to all the other subs and no verbal exchange or communication to let the other staff member know that I had an allergy. I did ask her to make sure that when she cut my sub to use a knife that hadn’t been used on cheese. She said yes then after a few minutes asked if it would be ok not to cut my sub due to cross contamination?? I asked could she not get one from the kitchen and she said yes then the other 2 staff members that were already on shift and 1 aware of my allergy told her to take a knife into the kitchen and wash it. Read moreI am a regular customer at Subway, but I will never return to this store. The staff were so rude and unwelcoming. I genuinely thought it was an inside joke with how slow one person was when making my order. They were so slow, it was ridiculous. They caused an unavoidable queue behind me and we were all looking around like this cannot be for real. For the amount I pay to come in for a veggie salad, this is unacceptable customer service. I will also be coming in less now as you've removed your vegetarian meatballs and also your fake steak, leaving a squished patty as the only real option for veggies. The fake steak was one of the best I've had.

Read moreI am disgusted with the lack of hygiene and sheer rudeness of the staff. There are flies all over the shop floor, as well as landing on all of the food. The utter disrespect for allergens as well as the staff not changing gloves between handling meat and salad. I was standing there for a solid ten minutes, and the employee making each sandwich didn't change their gloves once. I even overheard one employee (presumably the manager as he was wearing a black shirt) telling another to not change her gloves between handling meat and salad as it was too time consuming. how can someone running a Subway store completely disregard the food hygiene standards.
