After placing our order on the service machine we sat and waited for 20mins. After this time the food still hadn’t arrived. I headed to the cashier and spoke to Emilia she was really apologetic and couldn’t work out what had happened and it appeared as an error between the service machine and their computer system. She told me food would be another 10mins. I explained my daughter was autistic and wouldn’t wait much longer and asked for a refund. Emilia asked if she would like some pop corn chicken and fries or an ice cream to eat whilst we waited. We accepted the popcorn chicken as my daughter cannot eat potatoes. She handed us our drinks and we sat back down. Emilia bought our food over once it was ready with extra complimentary fries as an apology. We ate our food and still came over to check in with us to make sure everything was okay. When we were finished we cleared the table or rubbish and were great again asking if we needed any boxes to take spare food home so I asked for a box for the spare fries and my sons left over chicken. She asked if we wanted to try their new chicken wrap we were so full we said no but she insisted we take one. She helped box up our food and popped it all into a fresh bag. Ready for our journey home. The food was hot fresh and very tasty. I’d like to congratulate Emilia for such amazing customer service and quick thinking to help my daughter. KFC never disappoints when it comes to delicious, crispy fried chicken! Their signature blend of 11 herbs and spices makes the flavor stand out from any other fast food place. The chicken is always juicy on the inside and perfectly crunchy on the outside.

I especially love their Zinger Burger and Popcorn Chicken – spicy, tasty, and super satisfying. The chips are thick and well-seasoned, and the gravy is honestly the best part. If you haven’t dipped your fries in KFC gravy, you’re missing out!

Service is usually quick, and the staff are friendly. The prices are decent for the portion sizes, and they often have great deals and meal boxes that are perfect for sharing.

I’ve given KFC multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Most recently, they got my order wrong again. I ordered a combo with specific sides and a drink, and not only were the sides incorrect, but they forgot the drink entirely. This kind of inconsistency has become the norm rather than the exception.

It’s frustrating when you’re paying for a meal and you can’t count on getting what you actually ordered. Quality and service seem to vary wildly depending on the day or staff, and there doesn’t seem to be much accountability. For a well-known brand, you’d expect better standards and more attention to detail.

At this point, I think I’ll be looking elsewhere when I’m craving fried chicken. Disappointed, but...
