Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I have tried this costa coffee quite a few times but sadly I won't be spending my money in this costa anymore.In the last few months,always a sign up dishwasher is broken,they will be serving in takeaway cups or you get told at the till. I'm sorry but I like my coffee in a cup not a takeaway cup,its just doesn't taste the same.Their has been several occasions where I have ordered a skinny flat white,at 1 point there were 3 different members of staff trying to get the coffee right,none of them succeeded, finally a manager made me one.1 member of staff tried to say you cannot get the consistency right with skimmed milk.If that the case,then why sell it.The staff always look unhappy apart from 1 member of staff I have seen now and then,another 1 of them just looks like she just can't be bothered.I don't have this problem in any other costa .Why is your dishwasher constantly breaking down ? They are always advertising for staff with would seem no one stays at this costa.I have paninis in this costa that are always over cooked.I have been a fan of costa for years but I will be using the other costa in MK,this is a review for the last 6 months which I have noticed about the place .In that time nothing...

Used to go here for years but stopped now due to place being very untidy, last few years it’s just been going downhill, you sit on a table and it’s full of left over cups and rubbish left from previous customers but nobody comes to clean it so I end up moving it to the table along. Costa you’re charging £3 for a cup of coffee, you want costumers to queue up for up to 20min sometimes to order that coffee to then sit on a dirty table and let the customer clean as well? What kind of service is that? In Europe you sit on the clean table, the waiter comes to your table takes the order brings your coffee and then when your finished you call him over and pay them…… that’s the kind of service I want if you want me to pay for your rip off £3 coffee. Start offering table service or at least clean them tables....

Been to this Costa a few times and usually staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately today (24/11/24) whoever the dark haired girl with an Eastern European type accent was, who was making the coffees around 12pm, completely spoiled our visit. Not only did she get our order wrong, she was rude, dismissive and was heard snapping at her colleagues and complaining that she’d ‘not had any sleep and was not in the mood’. The other workers appeared to be treading on eggshells around her. I hope the manager sees this and has a word with her.
