KFC Newport Pagnell - M1 South Services — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I had an absolutely appalling experience at this KFC location, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. The food quality was beyond disappointing—greasy, overcooked, and lukewarm at best. The chicken was dry and flavorless, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The fries were soggy, underseasoned, and tasted stale, while the sides were unappetizing and sloppily thrown together. Even the famous gravy, which KFC is known for, was watery and bland. The service was equally terrible. The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional, with little to no interest in providing even basic courtesy. I felt ignored and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. To make matters worse, I experienced what I perceived as discriminatory behavior—rude comments and dismissive attitudes that left me deeply uncomfortable. Such treatment is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a globally recognized brand. Overall, this KFC was a complete disaster from start to finish. There are countless better options available, so save your money and avoid this place...

Awful service southbound. Constantly forget parts of your order, won’t compensate what is missing once you leave, it’s like sold as seen, don’t check the order its your loss! Paying for a service no? The Staff very rude, don’t care, awful customer service!! On one occasion the lady who is always there Watched me at the self serve order food to then be rejected, when I asked staff at the til what happened with the payment process? I waited a further 5 mins to be told it’s closed!! Why watch me stand there ordering if you know your not serving anymore food?! It’s gluten for punishment going back there to constantly be disappointed. Don’t learn the hard way and waste your time take my advice and Go North bound on the otherside its a whole...

We ordered food from KFC , using the self ordering kiosk which was pretty easy & straightforward.

We ordered boneless box meal £11.49 which has popcorn chicken ,3 fillets , fries , mash potato or gravy and 1 sauce of ur choice + comes with drink

We also ordered fillet burger meal comes with fries & drink

Service was quick , Staff Rohan was friendly & polite. There is an option of paying by card or cash at the main cashier
