My cousin and I were famished. The last time I'd visited the Service Centre, I had a favourable experience. Which is why I chose to stop here again.
Unfortunately, it will probably be my last.
From the time we walked up to the counter, to finally being able to sit down - both the service and my breakfast sub - was excruciatingly awful.
I didn't understand the Server. She spoke fast and softly. Instead of doing my cousin's order first then coming back to me - she confused us by doing both at the same time and getting us both mixed up. We never asked for a meal deal. It was taken for granted. Trying to pay was the 2nd to last straw. Wouldn't accept our card via cellphone, nor the card and the attendant kept on hurrying us with, "do you have another card, put your pin in, do you have cash, etc" And then I sat down to have a double bacon and cheese breakfast sub that was so dry and unappetising - I folded it up and took it home to show my family!
