Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Sadly not impressed. The coffee was at best ok. I had cake which was again not bad. I stood in the queue after ordering my coffee. I got the cakes straight away after I'd been served I stood in the same place waiting for my coffee. The lady serving just stood there saying nothing. After about 5 minutes another woman came and said are you being served. I told her I was waiting for my coffee. To which the the first person said you have to go to the end. She shrugged her shoulders and looked at me like I was thick. I went to the end and waited another minute or so. Then asked about my coffee. She glared and said it won't be long. Waited over 25 minutes for a coffee. I understand that sometimes there's staffing issues that can't be helped, but the staff weren't even attempting to try and get the drinks out In a timely manner. Felt like they were trying to see how long they can take before customers got annoyed. Plus me and my dad watched as many other people got severed their drinks over and over despite him having ordered first. Makes me question whether there was a race issue behind it, as all the WHITE customers were served, correctly, and when I asked when his drink was coming they said there was a queue, when I explained how he had ordered first they had nothing to say in defense. Very rude staff. Told them I wanted to pay first order with my app and the next with card. The new girl on the till asked assistance from her colleague as she looked quiet new. The second girl starts going through my order. When it came to paying, I emphasized that I wanted to pay two orders separately. Then she raises her voice "You should have told me that earlier", very rudely. Finally managed to get my order sorted and during collection, she just chucked the coffee on the table nearly spilling it as if I had stolen or begged for it.
