Ashtead Cafe & Desserts — Restaurant in Mole Valley

Been coming to this cafe for a while now and it never fails to disappoint I got fed up with my local cafe in Dorking and someone else recommended me this place I'm totally okay travelling here on the train because I know it's excellent food the food is lovely kind staff and if their is a problem which is very rare they put it right I once had a slightly cold breakfast from here bits were hot bits were cold that never happens and it was really busy so I just assumed this was a one off I said to the man it was a bit cold and it was put right straight away a whole new breakfast was cooked no questions Asked and a apology I have not had any problems since :) Great breakfasts decent ingredients cooked to perfection All in all superb cafe I honestly believe this is the best cafe for miles

Thiers also healthy food options homemade meals and I've had the shepherd's pie very delicious and with three vegetables nutritious too it's nice to see a cafe offer healthy alternatives as many don't and making healthy meals at home is just a lot of time so I love the fact I can also go in here and have a delicious

I love both the breakfast and the shepherd's pie :) both are delicious

It's also worth noting that it's a lot more comfortable than most cafes they have comfortable seats in here which makes the experience a lot more comfy :) All in all superb food kind staff top notch customer service and fair prices

I took my 81 year old mother here who has dementia. It was very busy during our visit but the owner was kind and considerate. We didn't try the food as my Mum is a coeliac but the owner allowed me to come up with an alternative solution even though it meant that we only had a coffee each. Can’t recommend this cafe highly enough, you NEED to pay it a visit! It’s a little gem and it’s tucked away but every time we go in it’s so busy. The food is amazing, so much choice, all day breakfasts, brunches and lunches, not to mention all the drinks, there is so much on the menu it’s difficult to choose but we had a mega breakfast and a chicken with rice and salad and it was amazing!
