This was something. I was staying in the hotel and wanted to grab a quick bite for dinner. When I arrived, I was standing in the doorway for a solid 5 minutes waiting for someone to tell me which table is free. A guest finally took pity on me and informed me which tables where available. The waiters were kind- but ignored me for a solid 15 minutes. I ordered the gnocchi - which I assumed would be a safe choice - they arrived after a very short time... The taste was bitter and tangy. Half melted cheese was sprinkled across the gnocchi but did nothing to elevate the taste. While the gnocchi in the center where piping hot the gnocchi on the outside were cold. The tacos were so hard and chewy, they were awful and the cod was a poor quality fish finger at best. The chicken Katsu said on the menu it was homemade, it definitely was not, it had no flavour at all, the sauce tasted very processed. We were told it wasn't possible to take food out of the dining room. We asked why and were told it was company policy. Absolute nonsense, this is food we'd PAID for!
