The Woods Bikes and Brews Cafe — Restaurant in New Forest

Literally the rudest staff I ever came across in my life. It was absurd. I’ve been served by a guy with long reddish hair and she is not fit for working in a front of house role. I should have asked for manager really but it was a sunny Sunday afternoon, place was really busy and didn’t want to cause a scene. Maybe my accent was a trigger, or it was their last day working there..who knows.. never...

The staff were really helpful and friendly, especially when I was torn between different options! I followed their recommendations and the coffee was seriously good. On impulse, I got one of their biscoff buns to take away and that was also delicious! Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone in the area who enjoys quality coffee and/or pastries. So busy on a chilly Saturday morning - great to see so many smiling cyclists all set on enjoying the day and their stop at this cafe. The shop is full of exciting bikes and accessories. The snacks looked amazing. We had some tasty cappucinos, served with a smile. The bike side kindly helped me out with a squeaky saddle. Toilet clean....
