The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome even though we don't eat out often (they talked us through the way you order things at restaurants like that quickly so we didn't make any mistakes). I ordered a calzone (and so did one other person I was going with) and it was great, basically just tasted like a folded pizza which is pretty much what you want in a calzone. From what I've heard pizzas are good too so consider ordering something like that. The prices were very inconsistent especially when it comes to drinks, 3 pounds for a cola but one pound more for a mocktail seems a bit weird. The place feels super italiany especially the pale stone walls and frilly awnings on the entrance (I sat next to frosted windows so I can't describe the view) and despite the fact a few kids were there it was mostly quiet and I think that was because of the relaxed atmosphere (places like Pancake House can be hectic when it comes to children). The food is expensive but you mostly pay for the service and the atmosphere. You even get a cute little chopping board to eat your calzone on! Its definitely somewhere you wouldn't want to eat too often because of the price but it's pretty much the best restaurant at centerparcs for some casual and chilled eats. Prepare to have something to talk about when ordering food as it does take a little while and especially if you eat fast you'll spend most of your time waiting, but it makes you feel like you've got your moneys worth if you have a chance to take in the atmosphere. I also got a voucher for 20% off my next meal at some other restaurants at centerparcs at the end which basically paid for one person for wherever I decide to go next.

Arrived after booking a table at 4.15pm so they had only just opened. The waitress that took us to our table seemed really unhappy to be there and lacked any form of customer service skills, so that wasn't the best start. The service we had from our waiter Jack was a lot better and in the end we just wanted to give him a tip for the service but not wanting it to go to anyone else as they honestly were just walking around like they were at a funeral. I've been coming to Center Parcs with my family for thirty years and since it has become a Bella Italia as opposed to the previous non-franchise restaurant it has not been the same. The atmosphere is too bright and doesn't have the same vibe it used to. The staff also used to be absolutely amazing, so I don't know what has happened there. The food was okay, but for a "special" pizza it wasn't that much of. I've made nicer pizzas at home and I've had nicer ones from takeaways for less of the price. If you want somewhere to sit and feel like an inconvenience where you're placed near the tills and can't have a private conversation for you and your partner to celebrate your engagement then visit this place. Otherwise I'd suggest Hucks or to just cook at your Villa with a frozen pizza - save your pennies.

My first time in this lovely restaurant and it was a thoroughly excellent experience! The staff are friendly, helpful and fun and nothing was too much trouble for them! Ideally situated in 'The Village' at Centre Parcs, it's a great place to have lunch and then go for a stroll to the beach afterwards. Lovely surroundings and lovely ambiance...and now onto the main reason you would go here...the food! Absolutely DELICIOUS! I enjoyed my meal very much, it was tasty, filling and warming on a cold day, great value for money too. The subtle flavours were blended beautifully to create a truly delicious pasta meal! I will definitely be going back again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came with my family of 8 for my aunties birthday and we was able to sit down at our reservation 20 minutes earlier which was great. We was warned that food would be longer than normal as they just sat 3 other larger party’s (one of them being a table of 14 sat across from us) we ordered drinks which was fine and they got 1 of the drinks wrong but the waitress was lovely and she swapped it for us, me and my friend decided to order ice cream as the host told us the stand it would be a little while for the food, we was waiting for 10 minutes + for someone at the ice cream section for someone to serve us as another staff member came and made a another ice cream in front of us and didn’t even ask us if we was ok and what we needed as he quickly went and gave the dessert to another table we decided that we wasn’t going to wait around as the staff member rudely ignored us. The food came around 45 minutes of waiting which I think is around average time, which is great but when they were bring out the food they bought over the wrong food and it took them a while to sort out the correct food for our table. Also they asked us after the meal if everything was ok not in the middle of the meal when that question is supposed to be asked to see if they can improve the quality of our meal, I don’t understand why restaurants over book tables when they know they can’t give good customer service! if they have other large parties to take care of. When it came to paying they over charged items we didn’t even order on the menu, it took them 4 times to get the receipt correct before they had everything correct including bluelight discount. Most definitely WILL NOT be coming back with a large party which is defeating the whole point of centre parks as it’s family friendly place to go. As another fellow waitress who’s worked at a different restaurant it’s very disappointing to see staff clearly taking too much work on that they can’t handle all for a bit of extra cash for the company, not good customer service at all. Very...

Wouldn’t even bother go to cafe rouge instead! Arrived at 7:20 for our meal was seated and told our table would finished being set in just a second the lady that sat us proceeded to set another table and ignored us! Tables were coming in after us and getting sat, drinks ordered and arriving and food orders taken. The table next to us had received their food shortly after we had arrived and finished their food before anyone had even bother to come to our table. It got to 7:45 and I decided we weren’t going to bother being ignored as the waiters and managers couldn’t be bothered to serve us so I went to the front desk and asked for a refund on the deposit and explained how unhappy I was, and they tried to convince us to stay which at that point was not even an option. Amy the manager then said she couldn’t refund us the deposit or do anything with it and said we had to go to guest services through no fault of our own except their poor service. I asked multiple times for her to write a note with her name on just incase of any issues when we got there which she ignored each time I asked, so just asked for her name in the end as I clearly wasn’t going to get a note. However it turns out things could be done as we went to cafe rouge and the manager there rang guest services for us and got the deposit sorted! So in short don’t waste your time going to Bella Italia, cafe rouge has a much better menu options and for less and the service...
