Sports Café — Restaurant in Newark and Sherwood

Friendly sports bar showing the football on 3 large screens, planty of seating areas, comfy dining to restaurant dining style. There's soft play for the children, pool, arcade, bowling, ping pong tables. There's also a lovely outside seating area to which overlooks a child's park and courts. In the same building you can find the leisure centre, build a bear, Costa coffee, a couple of shops to buy clothes/gifts etc. Food is great, and the table service is prompt with helpful staff. Also good if you just want to watch the footy and not go to the bar 😉

Please note, this is within Center Parcs. So only guests can access the sports bar. Day passes can be purchased if you are a guests for friends and family to gain entry...

Really really bad ordering app with poor menu system and with almost no ability to go back to the full menu. Sometimes you can then other times you can't. What point is search if it doesn't find what you want. Can't believe the font used on the allergy page was light green text on a white background. Impossible to read and Non-inclusive for sure. Just shocking and nearly left. Redesign please. These are urgent and simple design fixes. 15 mins wait for a drinks order when not really busy. Nice Bar/Pub like area next to the sports section with the courts. We went on an average weekend in May and it was completely full every night. Your minimum price for almost all alcoholic drinks is £7.50 each, and in the evenings your looking at a 15 minute wait for the bar from our experience. They have around 10 pool tables and a few ping pong tables on each side.

It's the only place that comes close to "night life" at the Sherwood Forest Center Parcs complex, so you'll probably end up coming here at least once or twice.
