Bread & Butties — Restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Recently been visiting the area and came across Bread and Butties. Had 2 excellent cooked breakfasts two days running. One of the best breakfasts I have had in years! 😋 Well cooked and quality bacon and sausage. I have never eaten hash browns as good as these! My additional ask of fried onions was met and the whole breakfast including tea and toast cost £6.20!!!! I wish I lived here as I would definitely be a regular customer. Pretty rubbish really. I asked for ketchup but they covered my roll in brown sauce. Drove all the way back because I can’t stand brown sauce and told them, expecting them to say sorry, but all I got was “Okay”. I think she was just going to make me a new one without even apologising for wasting half an hour. Ended up getting a refund and going Wrights instead....

Breakfasts were cheap ingredients bacon thin and hard sausage tasted horrible beans and Tom's the same , did not like the taste of the tea left half of it. Cost £15 for the 2 breakfasts not worth the money sorry but will not be returning here. Had a far better breakfast at Asda the day before. all round...
