Absolutely fantastic spot in Hoults Yard. The food is always amazing, with fresh ingredients and very generous portions. Breakfast is a particular favourite for us and ranges from yummy pancakes (with lots of delicious toppings) to more country style food like biscuits and gravy and proper American breakfast sausage. Having grown up in the Deep South being able to get good biscuits and gravy is a little bit of home/nostalgia. Even better is there’s always country music playing in the background. The biscuits are lovely and flaky and the gravy is hearty and peppery. They’ve also got superb pies (they change each week but staples are the key lime, pecan and brownie). Yummy coffee too with plant milk alternatives. For lunch and dinner there are super yummy burgers and fries. I’m partial to the dipper which is delicious (it comes with a jus to dip your burger into). They’ve got vegetarian options for breakfast and vegan options for lunch/dinner. I’ve had the veggie sausages and they were really good, nice flavour and texture. While the food is fantastic what makes 2Knives really special is how lovely everyone is. After visiting 2knives on the very first day they opened at Hoults Yard, I've been a regular ever since taking my first bite of my first burger.

First off, the burgers are AMAZING!! So are the fries too, which is equally important, because both need to be great.

The burgers are tasty. Like really tasty. Every time I have a burger from there, it's always perfect. I want another one now just thinking about it haha.

I've had many burgers from many places over the years. We've also been recommended burgers in many places in the past, only to be left disappointed. I genuinely believe some people don't like food with all the bad recommendations we've had...

... but 2knives is special. It's perfect. Their food is perfect and the staff are lovely. I've recommended them to so many of our friends and clients who visit our studio and they've all said great things.

What an amazing little gem of a place hidden in the corner of a great location.
