Domino's Pizza - Newcastle - Kingston — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

I have loved dominoes pizza since my very first order with them a long time ago. My own personal experience with this establishment at Kingston Park Just as good as my first ever order with them.... Though I would rate it higher because of the buy 1 large pizza and get it for £12 I mean This specific Domino's @Kingston Park has always been high on all scoring such as The... Staff Welcoming, Courtesy and Helpful manner bumps any ESTABLISHMENT up on scores but this One Domino's in particular is Higher rated then 1 or 2 others I have been Recommend this 1 just at Kingston Park Newcastle Highly There is a New Domino's opened further up the road in Wester hope...This 1 I can say I have only been once...once was enough. Will Recommend you order from Kingston Park one Westerhopes new Opening of Domino's I feel in my honesty opinion..was let down on a few factors... I will review that one separately if required Please trust me on my recommendation for Kingston parks 'Domino's better by far on every aspect then Westerhopes new Domino's pizza opening of store I hate to put a business down in a review...Please know though I do this as it's what I am all about..it's what I do speak Truth, to give reviews and ratings to all people out there who need to way up there decisions on Our Reviews and Fair Ratings... ordered from there Kingston Park Site this is the first dominos I've had in over a year my little one fancied a change so we went in and placed an order I stood and watched them make the food as I just didn't get a good feeling about them and one of the guys opened the lid of a small blue box and took out some wedges and eat them and put his hands back in and did the same then shut the box I watched to see if they would end up giving them to me which they did and I confronted them and said you know full well they were for my child why would you put your dirty hands in there and steal some of the wedges? they replaced them for some others in a red box then put the blue box back on the order shelf ready to deliver so if you placed an order from there tonight 01/06 around 19:00 for delivery and wedges come in a blue box you probably ended up with them....

We ordered a meal deal for our children at 18.30. the app said our pizza arrived but nothing did. I rang the store to query this, it was told I have the pizza and then I had a heated exchange of words with one of the employees who told me there was nothing that could be done other than a refund. It was 19:45 at the time. I then became very irritated with the person over the phone and so I asked for the manager who was on duty. She was rude and didn't show any empathy. She then said they would redo the order and it will be 15 mins. An hour and a half later...... nothing. I rang up again to find out that the manager had told no one and left for the night.
