Greggs — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

Staff slow and inexperienced and unfriendly. Also didn’t pack the food correctly. Not prioritising in store orders leading to massive queues in the morning. Door not working and super heavy. Some prices higher than other Greggs stores.

I went to the store at 6.35 as was out early for an early training session, the shop wasn't open and when they did open they didn't say anything so it wasn't apparent it was open to come in. Both staff looked absolutely sick to be there....didn't smile, say anything other than the price total and no greeting or manners at all. Very poor service. Food as always...
