If you want bland and overpriced food go here. chow mein wasn’t nice, fried rice was bland and worst of all I ordered salt and pepper chips and when I opened the box they looked nothing of the sort and were absolutely covered in SUGAR to the point where you can’t even taste the chips!! There’s a reason they’re called SALT & PEPPER chips. Absolutely terrible the fact the staff didn’t tell me there was any sugar in the chips or even HOW MUCH sugar they have in them over the phone as imagine if I had diabetes! No consideration whatsoever. May as well have ordered an early grave and when I rang back and told them my issues not a single F was given nor was a refund or replacement offered. Very poor. I suggest this place lower their prices or raise their food standards. Don’t make the same mistakes as me and order from these just because it seems convenient, not worth...

Ah blimey Court marshal where do I begin. From the unmatched excellence of the customer service to the devine and delicate notes throughout the meal, every moment was pure euphoria. We paired it perfectly with a crisp white zinfandel and let koks pure talent do the rest. From the bbq ribs to the crisp 24 hour resilience on the prawn crackers, it'll be hard for even the conissours of the world to turn down a delicious banquet from koks wok. It engaged all my senses and left me wincing in the night for just one, more, mouthful. Do it, let yourself be free and give in to the majesty of koks wok today. You will never regret it.

One of the worst experiences I've when ordering take-away. I made a simple order for 4 people, when the order arrived, it was missing two main meals. when I called the take-away to address the situation they asked me 'are you sure the meals arnt in the bag, i packed it myself' which seems illogical. Over the phone the 'take-away' arranged for all of the meals to be made fresh, as the rest would be cold by the time the others would arrive. However when the meals did arrive they only cooked the two missing meals, leaving us with two cold meals and two average meals. I will not be ordering from this place again and would advice others to seek other...
