I work at the Tesco next to it and go to McDonald’s a lot. Every time I come to this location I am always disappointed. The food is rarely warm, today it took over 30 mins to get my order and everything was cold. No ice in the Coke, burger was slapped together with mayo everywhere in the box and the McFlurry was melted. 99% of the time I eat here I want to make a bad review but always can’t as I’ve been waiting so long for my food I’m running late to come back from my break. Management are shambles especially the male with the short hair and a beard, who was on shift at the time of making this review, and staff have a can’t be asked attitude behind the line and customer service wise. It’s a shame as id like to enjoy a quick, easy and tasty meal on my break which gives me something to look forward to but always end up with this bottom end cold and disgusting standard of food which is never expected at a McDonald’s or any other one I’ve been to I would avoid at all costs and go to the McDonald’s off the harlequin roundabout...

They often get orders wrong which can be frustrating but today I want to say a very big thank you to the manager that is working there. (17th October 2025 around 8.20pm) I ordered via the mcdonalds app and food was meant to be delivered by uber. I had a message saying the driver ALI.H was arriving so my son went out to collect it. I then had a text messaging saying ALI.H had delivered the food but nothing was delivered. Uber eats are impossible to get hold of, so I was stressed, two children plus myself hungry no food. I called Ali.H numerous times, in the end he kept cancelling my call then blocked me. I went to mcdonalds and the manager was very helpful, she replaced the meal for us. A catalogue of errors, first the kiosk did not print the receipt, I just about managed to see my order number on the kiosk screen. Then It was on the 'preparing now' stage forever. After 35 mins someone removed my order from the Display screen so I could not even find out where my order went.
After speaking to a staff member, I was told 'oh they are still preparing it'. Finally got the order and found one of the items was incorrect, because it was already so long I took it.
Reported it to the manager but she would not bother so reported it to the head office and I got a template reply from some agent sitting in some other part of the world. This branch is...
