Absolutely appalling behaviour from staff, (especially the woman with the red hair). First time being in this store, wasn’t sure how to order and who to go to considering we were being looked at like aliens, however after finally being spoken to, the cheek and audacity of the worker mentioned was disgusting, speaking to us as though we were incompetent, I’ll also mention the fact that none of them must know how to smile as I got an overwhelming sense of doom from the sour, droopy, unwelcoming faces. Came to warrenpoint with some friends for a day trip and let me tell you the customer service and atmosphere was terrible. After being stared at for 20 minutes and ignored we where then asked to order by a women with red hair, she told us next time we come we are going to have to stand over here or we would not be served. She looked very unpleased to be in work and her attitude was horrible. This behaviour was brushed off by other members of staff and no one seemed to care.
