Deli Lites — Restaurant in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council

Went here with my son. Ordered 2 soups and 1 sandwich with tea which was 25 pounds. Absolutely a disgraced. In the middle of eating we went to the toilet and the waitresses lifted all which wasn't even half ate. They seen us coming from the toilet and no eye contact was made. I asked where our food was and they kindly informed me they were closing in 25 minutes and need me to go and the soup had been throw out. I did not get a refund....

Deli lites has gone seriously downhill recently. We've had poor service of late and yesterday was particularly bad. Two members of staff were rude and unhelpful after we made a very reasonable request as would be expected in any cafe or restaurant, to cater our young child to be able to eat their lunch. Extremely unprofessional on the last couple of visits. Given how expensive Deli Lites is, one would expect much better...

Dropped in to Deli Lights today on the way from Warrenpoint to Cabra Castle.. The staff were so friendly and helpful even though the lovely Northern Irish girl found it hard to understand my Dublin accent.. The cappuccino was georgeous and the cakes was were delicious.
