McDonald's — Restaurant in North Devon

Was sat in a window seat,few other customers. Noticed a window cleaner cleaning windows. He had taken his boots off and was standing on the tables so he cd reach the windows. No one cleaned these tables afterwards. Cleaners socks were disgustingly dirty. He then tried to crowd me away from my table. Ended up in an argument and was told I was already there too long. I went to an employee and told them the story...the employee just stared at me so I left the remains of my meal and went out the doors. This window cleaner then followed me out and was threatening me but I kept my distance and got in my car n left. The employees who I spoke to did nothing. Maybe I shd hav moved tables(?)so he cd stand on them to finish his windows. I'm not making any formal complaints but I'm not going back as my custom will not be going there. I did not see any employee cleaning these walked on tables but noticed other customers coming in as I was leaving and the cleaner in hot pursuit. I did say to the employees that those tables needed cleaning . Not sure if they were. I'm not posting photos as I'm not supporti g this business. I hav no reason to begrudge this business or other personal reason to grind but this was...

I ordered a cheese burger with Big Mac sauce on Sunday 25th April at 14 20. After the girl spoke to her shift manager I was told I couldn't have one. I asked to speak to the shift manager and told her I'd been buying them for years and asked why I couldn't have one today. She wouldn't give a reason. I asked her name and was told Amy, she refused to give her surname. (Not a problem). She also told us the restaurant managers name is David Hunt. She didn't have a problem giving information about someone else. I told her I would be taking this further she replied "Go for it"

We drove to Eastern Avenue and had no problem. The lad who served us saud "Certainly" and asked if I would like the Mustard. I thanked him and asked his name. He was called Sean. I thanked him for being professional, polite and friendly. The manager at Eastern Avenue is the same as the Roundswell restaurant so why did I have to drive to the other side of town to get what I want. I think Amy needs some customer service training and told not to be so...

12/06/19...1715 ish Roundswell Barnstaple on this occasion let you down, there is a lovely new lady who was trying to change the tom sauce bag and she struggled. She looked for help from behind the counter but it took ages. A assistant manager did come out and undid the cap but then walked off leaving her still to connect it. Now as a assistant manager why didn't he complete the job and show the NEW employee how as she had at that point never done it before. He then asked her to take food out before she had primed it, so my son and others had to wait longer. I pumped the sauce through but only because the kids food was on the table. After speaking with her to tell her she was doing a grand job i had to write this to ask you please it takes seconds for someone who knows what there doing and minutes for someone new. It costs nothing but means an awful lot so help each other. Please pass this on to All...
